Glamorous Maxi Dress

Hi guys! Well, I've been soooo excited about this and so anxious to show you guys because as soon as I saw it I thought "OH MY GOD, I NEED THIS!" (as I do with many things). But, I bought this in the sale very recently and I'd probably say December, actually, no it was even before the sales started, but at the time Asos had 20% off, so I bought this and ever since then I had been dying to wear it, so since the family were meeting up, I thought "yaaayy an opportunity to wear it" (eventhough I carry my pj's with me when I go around aunts houses and all), but I still got to wear it :) so I was super pleased. Well guys, enjoy looking through the images, because I won't say much, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

As you can see there is a split within the dress, but come on girls, that does not mean a hijabi can't wear this dress, just work with it and work it! (ha ha so cheesy, but you know what I mean). I wore my old bershka skinny trousers underneath, but I also wore a black H & M top underneath, because the arms are see through and the back and neck are very low cut, but it's nothing new for me, because even when things aren't see through I still wear a top underneath (I know it's weird, but I feel protected :) ). The dress fitting was a bit of a problem, I assumed that it would be loosely fitted from the top as well but that is not the case, it's very fitted at the top, but the shoulders were slipping off of me, but the length was perfect but I don't care I still love it :). Also, there is a layer underneath but it's a very short layer, which was very unnecessary for me because I wore trousers underneath anyways, and the layer was very fitted which felt uncomfortable, but, oh well.

(lool this face though, I just had to put it up)

My jewellery is the usual mixture and nothing new.

(Sorry don't mind the rubber band on my wrist, it's just a habit of carrying a rubber band around when I'm at home to tie up my hair and so that it doesn't get lost, it's really not a part of the look).

These shoes are from Asos, but the thing is I bought them like 2 years ago, well at the time I was preparing for my Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award ceremony, so I bought two pairs of shoes and these weren't the ones I chose, but I did not return these in time, so I guess I ended up keeping them both, and so here we are 2 years later and it's my first time wearing them :|

(Yes yes as you can see I was posing in the flats back garden, honestly there's nothing to be ashamed of ha haa).

So guys, I'm just going to point out how I did my make-up (although it's not anything special), just thought if anybody is wondering, I do this eye make-up only once in a while because its quite heavy for me and then it's reallyyyy hard taking it all off, and I just can't be bothered with all that (yes I'm lazy). I just did liquid liner AND inner liner (obviously mascara and lots of it), and lipstick by bourjois and the blusher I wore probably came off, because I don't wear a lot of it and by the way I don't wear foundation or any sort of face make-up, which is probably why the blusher comes off I guess?

Unfortunately, this dress is out of stock on Asos but it's by Glamorous and I went onto their website and found an EXTREMELY similar one for cheaper than mine (mine was £45), so here's the link:

Thank you guys for reading till the end and I hope you liked this outfit (I mean if I say so myself, I loved it lool), but I hope you come back for more :). See you soon inshallah

My first time wearing long boots!

Hi guys, well this post is basically just about how I was soooo happy with my boots that I bought a few weeks ago from Zara on sale which was originally £89.99 and I bought it for £39.99! Truth be told, this whole outfit is basically from Zara (except for the trousers which are from bershka which are very old and worn out). The bag, blouse/ tunic and boots are all from Zara and all bought on sale :))))) There aren't any links because they aren't online so the only option would be to actually go to the store and try and look for them I guess, sorry guys (but I am glad I got them lool ;P ). I won't really say much, because I'll let the pictures do 'awl da tawkin' (said in an awful gangster like accent ha haa haaa) ;P

Oh I forgot to say, this coat is from Zara as well, but it is roughly 2 years old, also from the sale, (there's nothing to be ashamed of if everything you have is bought from the sale ;P )

Well, I always used to say that I would never wear long boots, because I used to feel as though, that it felt funny to wear them on top of trousers (don't ask why I had this notion, it was just one of those things like how I used to think during secondary, that I would never wear make-up yet now I wear mascara and lipstick and sometimes liquid liner, you know it's just one of those things), but when I saw these it just twinkled and sparkled and did all sorts in front of my eyes lol (a bit of exaggeration here, almost a lie), but I knew before I even tried them on that, if I were to ever wear long boots, it would be these :))))

This necklace i've worn before in a previous post, but i'll say it again that it's from New Look.

Here's the usual, mixing and matching with jewellery and this bag is brand spanking new, from the Zara sale and I absolutely LOVE it!

I hope you guys liked this outfit and I'm so happy that you got to the end, which means you are a supportive person, but seriously thank you for being supportive and for reading this post, so make sure to come back for more! :)

First post of the year 2015!

Hi guys, so this is my first post of 2015 and I'm glad that it's this one since I love this skirt soooo much and I think not many people can say that they wouldn't like it either ;) I hope everyone has has a good year and inshallah will have an amazing year as well. So, I have put up a ton of pictures just so that you can see the skirt as much as possible. I won't say much except for a few things about the skirt and just where I got this look from (although a lot of it is old so it isn't available), but the most important is the skirt :)

The biker jacket is from H & M, but it's old :(

With this skirt, the thing is it's a midi skirt and obviously I wanted it to be maxi, but within midi skirts there are also varied lengths and this specific one is towards the longer end where it could almost be a maxi skirt, but I find it such a shame it's not that's why to kind of get away with this skirt and still keeping it modest I wore my heeled boots, which are quite long for ankle boots and I wore similar coloured tights and so I guess I could get away with it. The skirt is from H & M and its still available guys and I really recommend it, its £49.99 but it is VERY worth the price, because the quality of it is just amazing and the way the pleats have been put in makes it all the more perfect, I get so scared when I wear this because I ALWAYS get some sort of stain on all my clothes :\ Personally, when I wear this skirt I feel like a million pounds (if I must say so myself ;) ).

Skirt (also available in black): http://www.hm.com/gb/product/75366?article=75366-B

The stripy top is from H & M and I've worn this skirt before once but with a printed blouse, but it was for a special occasion and this day I just went shopping with my mum so to this made the whole outfit more casual, because the skirt itself is very partyish, well more so for special occasions, but you see I don't really care i'll just wear it when I want lol, just toning it down a bit.

As always my overload of jewellery which I cannot go without, even to work! It's just me ;)

This is a new necklace and my best friend got this for my birthday and as you can see i've only started wearing it recently, why? Because I only got it recently, which is the custom within our friendship where we give me birthday presents like 2 months after your birthday lol. But, she said its from eBay so good luck searching for it guys (oh and by the way its VERY good quality!).

So guys I hope you liked this post and thank you for seeing and reading my blog, trust me I really do appreciate your support so make sure to come back for more :)
